Project description:
The objective of the PR 2.0 project was to design an application that allows for centralized, effective management of a company and/or a brand’s reputation online combined with a powerful tool to administer proactive social media campaigns. Through the effective monitoring and management of its online reputation, an enterprise will be able to identify patterns that will result in better decision support for corporate communications agendas and unexpected consumer relations issues.
